We out here squashing bugs, tweaking bits, adding new languages, and achievements.

Bug: Fixed buying a building from the details page resulting in x amount more being bought
Bug: Fixed coastal disasters causing errors when trying to destroy coastal buildings the player doesn't have
Bug: Fixed corruption data being transferred to another save when you load from an existing game
Bug: Fixed disasters trying to destroy buildings which don't exist
Bug: Fixed events that need a population showing when you don't have any citizens
Bug: Fixed interstitial ad playing when you close the monthly report when you go to view it again

Bug: Fixed Total Profit field not updating after watching the Double Income ad
Building Details: Added building's salary so you can work out what will increase/decrease your settlement's average salary
Localisation: Added more translations to Dutch

Monthly Report: Added Revenues and Expenses headers to make it more understandable
Newspaper: Added some more joke articles
Tutorial: Added text about historial buildings (if enabled) and corruption
UI: Fixed spelling
